You can request data removal through the support channel listed on this page or through the official contact of the organization serving you with Gendaize.
To protect your privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity before completing the request.
What can be removed
Personal registration, contact, session, preference, customer records, forms and related data may be removed when no retention obligation applies.
Some records may be retained for legal compliance, security, auditing, fraud prevention, regular exercise of rights or contractual needs of the organization using the platform.
Timing and confirmation
After receiving a valid request, we will review it and respond within a reasonable time, confirming completion or explaining any partial retention.
When the request involves data controlled by a customer organization, we may forward or depend on that organization validation.
