How this feature works
The Forms module lets you create versioned templates for contracts, intake forms and other signable forms, sending requests through links with OTP authentication for customers.
You can track the full lifecycle: partial completion, finalization, customer signature and internal signature (when required), with signing order rules, technical evidence and complete event history.
At the end, the system generates a signed artifact with integrity hash and public verification code, making authenticity checks and form governance easier for your organization.
